Nutley Village Fete

After the fantastic success of the 2024 fete if you would like to apply for a stall for the 2025 Fete please fill in the form below. Thank you for your continued support.

 

Please note: We cannot supply tables, and our undercover space is limited, not guaranteed, and available on a first come first served basis. We recommend bringing along a standard size 3x3m pop up gazebo or something similar. We will always try our best to provide our stall holders with any special requests, but pitch locations cannot always be guaranteed. We thank you for your cooperation with this on the day. (Please see our Booking Conditions for more information)

1. All pitches are allocated on a first come first served basis. To guarantee a place, the pitch fee is payable in advance, and a completed booking form must be provided. Special requests (pitch location etc.) should be discussed/ requested at time of booking and although we will always try our best to accommodate your requests, we cannot guarantee to be able to do so and without such your stall pitch will be allocated at random and in accordance with other retailers. Your understanding on
the day is appreciated.


2. Stall holders may arrive from 9am on Saturday morning. Please leave plenty of time for stall set up, as ALL vehicles must be removed from the field by 12pm prompt.


3. Stall holders will be provided with one parking permit per pitch for our on site stallholder parking area. Due to limited space onsite any other vehicles will have to find alternative parking. We also have a public fete car park field available about 4 minutes walk from Fords Green.


4. Stall holders should cooperate appropriately with all our parking volunteers.


5. Stall holders should keep inside their designated pitch area. Violation of this condition may result in additional charges or you may be asked to move.


6. Abusive language or aggression towards any of our voluntary team of committee or helpers will not be tolerated and may result in refusal of future bookings, or you may be asked to leave.


7. Payments will be requested after your stall application is received and accepted. Payments can be made via cheque or bank transfer. Cheques to be made payable to ‘Nutley Village Fete Association' with name of stallholder on reverse. BACS payment details will be sent out after the stall application is accepted.


8. Nutley Village Day reserves the right to refuse any booking.


9. Stallholders are responsible for providing their own insurance where necessary, with a copy provided to Nutley VFA with your booking form.


10. Stall holders are required to take all reasonable steps to maintain a Covid secure environment.


11. Stall holders operating raffle, tombola or similar events must not give alcoholic prizes to underage children/youths. Any such prizes must be given to an accompanying adult, or an alternative prize should be provided.


12. Stall holders are prohibited from selling ‘silly string’. aerosols or other similar products, due to the danger, damage and mess these types of product have caused in previous years.


13. To comply with health and safety regulations. ALL vehicles must be removed from the green by 12pm. At the end of the event vehicles must not be driven onto the green until 5.15pm. There will be no exceptions to this condition.


14. Generators are prohibited unless otherwise discussed in advance, and locations where generators are used will be allocated with safety in mind and to minimise disruption to others.
